Description:
Hydrogen peroxide activated alumina is a white spherical porous particle with uniform particle size, smooth surface, high mechanical strength, strong moisture absorption, no swelling or cracking after water absorption, non-toxic, odorless, insoluble in water and organic solvents. It is a specialized adsorbent for the production of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method. The replacement period is about 4~5 months.

The activated alumina Hydrogen Peroxide plays two roles in the production of hydrogen peroxide. First, the activated alumina regenerates the degradation products generated in the hydrogenation and oxidation processes of the working solution, increases the effective anthraquinone content in the working solution, and stabilizes the composition of the working solution; Second, a small amount of lye entrained in the working solution in the post-treatment process of activated alumina adsorption to avoid poisoning of palladium catalyst and oxidation caused by high alkalinity in the working solution, as well as hydrogen peroxide decomposition in the extraction process.

 Utilizing its adsorption performance, it can synergistically remove organic pollutants from water with hydrogen peroxide, improve the oxidation efficiency of hydrogen peroxide, better degrade harmful substances in wastewater, and achieve the goal of purifying water quality.

 Adsorb moisture in gas and achieve the effect of drying gas, with a drying depth of up to dew point temperature below -40 ℃. Commonly used in the fields of petrochemicals, textile industry, oxygen production industry, and drying of automation instrument air, especially suitable for non thermal regeneration devices.
