38 tons ceramic ball shipped to Asia market

The customer inquired us inert ceramic balls in 2024. Actually, we have received nearly 10 same inquiries from one country. After screening, we only provided quotes to a few customers who clearly listed the detailed parameters and requirements of the ceramic balls.
But this customer has been interacting with us and providing immediate feedback on the views and responses from the end customer (a well-known local petrochemical enterprise). So our interactions with this client are also more frequent. After 2 months of continuous follow-up and customer’s efforts, we finally secured an order for 1*20’GP inert ceramic balls.
In January of this year, we received another new inquiry from this customer, which included two different ceramic balls with different Al2O3 content and sizes. Fortunately, this is the ones we often produced and supplied to the foreign markets, and our inventory is sufficient. Our sales team quickly compiled a professional official quotation and related product technical data sheet to provide to the customer, hoping to assit him secure this order again. After 2 months of deep interaction, we discussed the packaging details, quantity changes and modifications, the required document preparation etc, our customer achieved order again and sent us formal PO in March with nearly 38 tons of ceramic balls.
