On a Saturday evening, our public mailbox received an inquiry from a customer in Asia who needed to purchase plastic Hailex rings urgently. But at this time, no one has viewed this inquiry.

On Monday, our supervisor opened the email and found this inquiry. The email attachment informed us that it was urgently needed and would arrive in 6 days, otherwise there would be a huge storage fee. So it was transferred to our colleague in charge of the Asian market to follow up. When we received the inquiry, our colleague found it unbelievable that such a cheap product would take 6 days to be shipped by sea to the customer, and it would be impossible to custom clearance. So we immediately replied and informed the customer of our delivery time, shipping method, and price. The customer received our sea freight quotation and replied quickly, informing us that they need a much faster delivery method as they are currently waiting for the replacement of the plastic heilex ring packing in the washing tower on board. Following the principle of not giving up, our colleague immediately contacted the factory manager to confirm if there is inventory. At the same time, we also quickly contacted the freight forwarder to provide airport prices and local international express delivery to confirm the best transportation and arrival time. In the end, we chose to report to the customer for international express delivery, follow the normal airport customs clearance process, and catch the flight to provide the customer with the best shipping method. Through continuous negotiations with the customer and timely confirmation of various details, the final material was selected, and the customer confirmed the order on the same day and notified us to make the contract.

Usually, for new cooperative customers we usually arrange the order process once payment received. However, due to the new policy from the client bank, original invoices and contracts are required to make payment for the goods. At the same time, the customer is also handling payment matters in the anchorage with poor signal. Considering the urgency of the matter, after negotiating with the factory manager, we have made an exception and replaced the production line for us. Finally completed the packaging on Wednesday morning. The customer's finance department also made multiple efforts and successfully transferred the payment.

In the afternoon of that day, we contacted the local international express company to pick up the goods from the factory, and then wrapped and weighed the packaging of 8 bags. The goods were successfully picked up before 17:00. In the following time, we are anxiously waiting. The project that the customer is responsible for requires our plastic Hailex ring to arrive earlier because all other accessories have arrived. Thank you very much to the express delivery company that cooperated with us. We were also following up with the truck driver's transportation situation in the early morning and arrived at the airport at 8:00 am the next day to unload and handle the customs clearance process. Finally boarded and took off before 3:00 pm in the afternoon, landed at the customer's local airport in the evening, waited for customs clearance procedures, and was successfully released on the morning of the third day, arranging delivery.

Follow up on quotation, communication, payment, production process, shipping process, etc., and complete the entire process within 4.5 days. So what is a plastic Heilex ring? What is the function of small tower packings?

Heilex ring packing is a type of plastic random tower packing, also known as crown shaped Raschig ring. The main materials include PP, PE, RPP, PVC, and CPVC, which are injection molded from plastics such as polypropylene and are a new type of perforated packings. Has high flux, reduced pressure, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance.

The plastic Heilex ring is mainly used in the washing tower of the generator to enhance gas-liquid mass transfer and improve purification efficiency.

* Increase mass transfer area: Improve mass transfer efficiency by 30-50%.

* Reduce pressure drop: The packing is not easily nested, the wall flow effect is small, and the resistance when gas passes through is reduced by 20-30%, reducing energy consumption.

*Although it does not have adsorption properties, it can significantly improve the removal efficiency of SO₂ by increasing the liquid gas contact area, promoting mass transfer processes, and assisting absorbents (such as NaOH, lime slurry, etc.) to absorb SO₂ more efficiently.

It should be noted that using Haier ring alone cannot remove SO₂, and it must be combined with alkaline absorption solution to improve mass transfer efficiency. At the same time, it is also necessary to pay attention to the selection of different materials and what kind of environment they are suitable for. Made of PP/RPP material, with a temperature resistance of 60-120℃, suitable for conventional flue gas desulfurization.
