Ceramic structured packing is a cylindrical unit composed of many packing unit bodies with the same geometric shape-corrugated sheets are parallel to each other and superimposed. Due to the unique structure of ceramics, it has good hydrophilic properties. The turbulence of the extremely thin liquid film and the inclined tortuous channels of the air flow can promote the air flow without blocking the air flow. So that the ceramic filler can match the metal filler. Its corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance are not comparable to metal fillers. It has large circulation, high separation efficiency, big surface area, low pressure drop, small liquid holding capacity etc advance.

Application

 Rectifying organic halide.

 Rectifying and absorbing some corrosive mixtures, which are definitely regulated in pressure drop and theoretic plate number.

 Applied in some towers that contain a large quantity of natural media used to absorb nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid, as well as for purifying the air in chemical plants.

 Operating in vacuum conditions at a bottom absolute pressure of 100pa.

 Used in heat ex changer and demisting, or as a catalyst carrier.

 Used in Chlorobenzene production.
