In the middle of last year, a customer from Europe sent us an inquiry for 4 tons of zeochem Z10-04, but no more information was provided. We have received many inquiries for adsorbents of designated brands. So our salesperson also asked the customer whether they accepted products made in China and advised them the differences between our products and brands.
The customer was pleased with our honesty and told us that they would like to try switching from European brand products to partially using products made in China. Therefore, they would like to replace 4 tons of molecular sieve to see the effect firstly. After in-depth communication, our molecular sieve 13X 1.6-2.5mm can matched to the pointed brand item. After the price and product performance have been confirmed, but in the end, customer haven't replied to any messages.
This year we contacted with the client again to understand their concerns, and find that the request is the budget project this year. After communication and patient guidance from our sales staff, the customer was pleased to place a trial order of 4 tons molecular sieve 13x with us in April.

So what are molecular sieve 13x?
In general, molecular sieve 13X is an artificially synthesized aluminosilicate crystal with a uniform microporous structure. Due to its strong adsorption performance and specific pore size, it is widely used in drying, purification, and separation plant.
The main function of molecular sieve 13X is based on two principles:
1. Physical adsorption: Its crystal has a huge specific surface area and a strong electrostatic field, which has extremely strong adsorption force for polar molecules (such as water, H₂S, CO₂) and unsaturated molecules.
2. Screening effect: The size of the pore window is fixed (about 10 Å). Only molecules with a dynamic diameter smaller than this size can enter the pore and be adsorbed, while molecules larger than this size are blocked outside. This achieves the separation of the mixture by size.
