FAQ
General FAQ

Since its establishment, the company has implemented the business philosophy of “Quality First, Customers First” to solve problems for customers and achieve a win-win situation.
Q1: How long is molecular sieve’s life time?

A1: It is about 3~5 years at least. It will be depend on the use environment.

Q2: Do molecular sieves have dusts and granular is easily broken?

A2: The raw material is zeolite. It has a little dust. But very slight. It does not affect its service life and molecular characteristics in the process of use in the chemical industry.

Our molecular sieve crush strength is very bigger than national standard required. The hardness is good and strong.

Q3: How are the adsorbents regenerated?

A3: As general, will use by heat. Molecular sieve regeneration temperature is 180~250℃.

Activated alumina is about 150~230℃; Silica alumina gel is about 100~130℃.

Q4: Adsorbents is belong to hazardous or dangerous goods?

A4: No. It is normal chemical product. We can provide MSDS and shipment expert report.

Q5: Can you supply the relevant documentation?

A5: We will provide normal shipping documents and item’s TDS, MSDS and COA, about special certificate of origin, document certified by the embassy, CargoX documents also can be supply.

Q6: What is desiccant’s production capacity?

A6: Molecular Sieve: 8000tons/year.

Activated Alumina: 6000tons/year.

Silica gel/Silica alumina gel: 5000 tons/year.

Q7: How to choose the adsorbents?

A7: It is necessary to briefly describe the application and the environment in which it is used. If deep dehydration and removal of gaseous molecules with some pore sizes are required, we recommend molecular sieves. If it is just for dehumidification, we recommend silica gel.

Q8: If the packaging expands, will the product be affected? Will it explode?

A8: Adsorbents are packaged under high temperature conditions. In order to achieve a lower moisture content, the product will expand when heat. If you find a slight bulge, if it is packaged in a carton or paper bag, you can open the PE bag inside, poke a small hole, and let some air out. Then seal it. If it is packaged in an iron barrel, you can open the valve to release the air first. Do not expose it to the sun or place it in a humid place, otherwise it will cause the product to explode or quality decline.
